The Kabke Dark Flow.

The main result by KABKE (2008) is displayed in the figure. The solid line is the Lambda-CDM prediction, the red shade is the 1sigma cosmic variance uncertainty. Diammonds represent our measurements with 1sigma errors. The horizontal bar joints the mean and median redshifts of our sample.

Our result show that the Lambda-CDM model can not account for the large scale velocity flows measured by us. If the motion is local must be generated by a large mass concentration or a void of about 1Gyr. If the motion extends all the way across the horizon, then it will be an indication that superhorizon sized perturbations dominate the dynamics of the local Universe.
Our measurement was independently confirmed by Watkins, Feldman and Hudson [arXiv: 0809.4041] albeit at a smaller scale and with smaller amplitude, and by Lavaux, Tully, Mohayee and Colombi [arXiv: 0810.3658].
