TARGET PARTICIPANTS

University students, language and foreign language teachers, translators and other scholars and professionals in the humanities who have to deal with text production, text processing and/or text analysis –e.g. journalists or sociologists, as well as any other person interested in getting a first contact with the computer-assisted analysis of big-size collections of texts in electronic format, especially by means of WordSmith Tools 4.0 (Mike Scott), as a methodology for research, translation, description and/or teaching of language as we use it in communication.
