Jose I. Galan is professor of strategy and organization at Salamanca University. He holds the Ibero-American Chair in Management and Corporate Social Responsibility, Santander. He has published in numerous academic journals, including  British Journal of Management, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of World Business, Long Range Planning, Organization Studies and Strategic Management Journal. He has presented over 30 papers in international conferences organized by SMS, AOM and BAM. In 2002 he was awarded the AECA Prize, in 2005 he was awarded the FESIDE Prize and distinguished as ‘Researcher 2005’ by AEDEM and FESIDE in 2005.
